Have you ever had a white peach? These peaches look very similar to a regular peach on the outside but truly have a different taste inside. They have a lighter, less sweet flavor perfect for a refreshing summer treat! I recently had my very first white peach! They are not white inside but are not the normal orange yellow color either. I would love to try some desserts using these and see how they turn out such as a mini peach cobbler or a puff pastry peach pie triangle. To me, these are refreshing like a watermelon slice in summer.
