Making an Easter Garland!

I put together this easy little Easter garland for my fireplace mantle using just a few items.

You will need:

About 6 feet in length of a cord or thin rope, depending on how long you want your garland.

One bag of decorative Easter eggs with ribbons attached or hanging loops attached.

Cardstock cut outs of paper flowers or any theme you like

Hot glue sticks and glue gun

Step #1 Decide how long you want the garland to be. Make sure you allow enough room to have cord to tie the garland and hang it up.

Step #2 String the eggs onto the garland loosely alternating egg colors.

Step #3 Lay the garland out on the floor or a table to space your eggs out.

Step #4 Make marks on the cord or rope with a lighter color permanent marker where you want to glue the ribbons the eggs hang from.

Step #5 Start at one end of the cord and glue the eggs onto the cord at the ribbon top.

Step #6 Decide what flower you want above each egg and glue onto the top of the ribbon where it meets the cord.
